Daouia Chalali leads a project on long-term governance at the United Nations University Centre for Policy Research (UNU-CPR).

Daouia Chalali is a Foresight Practitioner and Project Lead with UN University Centre for Policy Research (UNU-CPR) dedicated to advancing the representation of future generations within global governance frameworks. Since 2023, she has coordinated a project to promote long-term governance in the context of the Summit of the Future, specifically through the Declaration on Future Generations. Her research policy work focuses on tools and strategies to implement long-term governance and build multistakeholder coalitions. She facilitates a network of academics focused on long-term governance – the University Coalition for the Future – that creates a science-policy interface with UN organizations and Member States.

Daouia Chalali holds a Master’s Degree in International Relations and Foresight from IRIS Sup; a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the Université de Bretagne Occidentale; and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Grenoble Ecole de Management.
