Angela Kariuki is Legal Officer and Head of InforMEA under the Law Division of the UN Environment Programme (UNEP).

Angela Kariuki leads the UN Information Portal on Multilateral Environmental Agreements (InforMEA) team’s work on enhancing the information base needed for the achievement of internationally agreed goals and Multilateral Environmental Agreements. The InforMEA project, under UNEP’s Law Division, seeks to strengthen the capacity of national, regional and global environmental networks to collect, curate and monitor environmental law, and to help identify and promote good practice and innovative trends in the field of MEA implementation.
